Here's a great recipe for cooking cow heels whole. "Kasi style"

 2 kg Amanqina Cow heels
 2 Beef Stock Cubes
 Salt to taste
 Water

Wash and clean your cow heels thoroughly.

Put your cow heels in a pot and add enough water to cover your cow heels and bring to boil. Once boiling reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add your beef stock cubes, allow to simmer on low to medium heat for a further 2 hours or until soft. Add salt to taste.

Serve and enjoy!
