 4 Chopped Tomatoes
 1 Finely Chopped Onion
 2 tsp Curry Powder
 1 tsp Crushed Garlic (optional)
 5 tbsp Cooking Oil (25ml)
 1 tsp Brown Sugar (optional)
 ¼ tsp Salt to taste

In a saucepan, add your cooking oil and put on medium heat. Once heated add your onions and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes or until your onions turn brown and soft.

Add your curry powder. Fry for 2 minutes or until the spices are fragrant.

Add your tomatoes and stir, let it simmer for a further 10 minutes or until your tomatoes are well cooked. (stir occasionally to prevent sticking)

Add your salt and sugar, allow to simmer for a further 5 minutes.
