Pork trotters Recipe

Here's a great recipe for cooking your Trotters whole. "Kasi style"

 2 kg Amanqina (pork trotters)
 2 Stock Cubes (you can use Beef, Mutton or Chicken stock)
 Salt to taste

Wash and clean your trotters thoroughly.


Add your trotters to a pot. Add water enough to cover your trotters and bring to boil. Once boiling turn down the heat and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.


Add your stock cubes, allow to simmer on low to medium heat for a further 1½ hours or until soft. Add salt to taste.


Serve and enjoy!
