Here's a great recipe for cooking Mutton trotters whole. "Kasi style"

 2 kg Mutton trotters (Amanqina)
 2 Mutton Stock cubes
 Salt to taste

Wash and clean your trotters thoroughly.


Put your trotters in a pot and add enough water to cover your trotters and bring to boil. Once boiling reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes


Add your mutton stock cubes, allow to simmer on low to medium heat for a further 1½ hours or until soft. Add salt to taste.


Serve and Enjoy!
