Mouth watering fudge, enjoy a delicious treat with friend and family you can make in your own kitchen.

 2 cups White Sugar
 385 g Condensed Milk (1 tin)
 3 tbsp Syrup
 3 tbsp Margarine
 3 tbsp Water
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

In a saucepan add margarine, sugar, water, syrup and vanilla essence. Stir over a low heat until ingredients heat up and dissolved.

Set aside and add condensed milk. bring back to heat and bring to a steady boil for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring continuously and scraping the base of the pan to prevent it from sticking.

Turn the heat up and boil rapidly for a further 5 to 10 minutes and continue to stir and scraping the base of the pan to prevent it from sticking.

Set aside and let it slightly cool. With a wooden spoon beat the mixture until it becomes very thick (this should take about 5-10 minutes).

Spread into a greased pan and spread it out, leave to cool. when cool cut into squares.
