Creamy Spinach (with Cremora) Recipe

Spinach with a twist! If you love your creamy spinach you definitely are gonna enjoy this recipe.

 500 g Spinach (1 bunch)
 1 Finely chopped Onion
 2 tsp Crushed Garlic
 3 tbsp Cremora
 1 cup Water
 1 tbsp Flour
 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
 1 pinch Salt to taste

Add oil to saucepan and fry your onions and garlic until soft. (5-7 minutes on low heat)


Add your spinach to your saucepan and fry for a further 10 minutes on low heat.


In a bowl add your flour, cremora and warm water and mix well.


Add your mixture to your saucepan and simmer until reduced or thickened. Remember to stir continuously. Add salt to taste.


Serve and enjoy!
