Chicken Feet (Amanqina) Recipe

 1 kg Chicken Feet (aka amanqina)
 1 Chopped Onions
 1 Slided Pepper (use robot peppers for best appearance)
 2 tsp Mild and spicy Curry Powder
 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
 ½ cup Peri-Peri Marinade
 ½ tsp Salt

Wash and clean your feet, (peel of the outer yellow skin)

Add your feet, to a pot. Add enough water to cover your feet and bring to boil.once boiling reduce heat and allow to simmer for 40 minutes. (if frozen boil for 1 hour)

In a separate sauce pan add oil and fry your onions and peppers with curry powder. Once done add to your chicken feet.

Add marinade and mix well and let simmer for another 30 minutes. You are going for a saucy consistency and not a stew/soup so add more water or marinade while cooking to your discretion. Add salt to taste.

Serve and enjoy! May be served cold or hot.
