Spinach with a twist! If you love your creamy spinach you definitely are gonna enjoy this recipe.
Add oil to saucepan and fry your onions and garlic until soft. (5-7 minutes on low heat)
Add your spinach to your saucepan and fry for a further 7 minutes on low heat.
In a separate small pot add your milk, three cheese sauce and flour.
Bring to medium heat and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
Add your sauce to your spinach and let it simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
